Lake Lansing Boat Launch recently underwent a significant transformation to enhance its facilities and improve safety measures. The project involved not only upgrading the boat launch itself but also installing a perimeter fencing and new gates, along with necessary improvements to the parking lot.
The renovation process was quite intricate, as it required draining the water in order to replace the launch. This task was particularly challenging due to the unfavorable weather conditions during the fall and winter months, making it less than ideal for swimming or water-related activities. However, despite the hurdles faced, we are delighted to announce the successful completion of this project, which has resulted in a more advanced and secure launch area for the local community to enjoy.
