Safety procedures often start before a job is awarded to Laux Construction. We weigh out the potential hazards during pre-bid site visits, and account for all things that could potentially harm someone’s well-being and how to prevent it.

We hold quarterly safety meetings for everyone in the company, where a certified trainer is brought in to inspect ALL equipment, train new hires, and at least once a year, have a new training session on one new subject.
