6. MOST EXPENSIVE PROJECT

The Jackson State Office Building is our most expensive project at $6,275,900. This was a complete renovation of a 4-story building including new domestic hot water and boilers, new HVAC controls, a new reception and security desk, and replacement of all VAV’s, ductwork, ceilings, and lighting! Our second most expensive project is the CATA Multimodal Gateway, which cost $4 million. Stay tuned though, as more projects are completed, we will update this information!
