Lansing Community College (LCC) was faced with a pressing need to revamp the Dart Auditorium, a vital space for various events and performances. The project involved a comprehensive renovation plan that aimed to enhance both the aesthetics and functionality of the auditorium. We started by removing the old seating arrangement, paving the way for a fresh start. The team then meticulously installed new blue seating, carefully chosen to provide both comfort and visual appeal. Additionally, the walls of the auditorium underwent a transformation, as they were painted in a modern and inviting color palette, creating an open and welcoming atmosphere. Moreover, Laux and LCCÂ went beyond cosmetic changes and also focused on improving the infrastructure of the Dart Auditorium. Elegant wood paneling was installed, adding a touch of sophistication to the space. The lighting system throughout the auditorium was also upgraded, ensuring optimal illumination for performances and events. Furthermore, new air handling units were installed to improve the overall ventilation system, enhancing the comfort and experience of the audience.
