Demolition of existing train station and MSU owned warehouse buildings. Constructed a new 7,000 sq-ft train and bus station, parking area, bus drop off lane, and associated site improvements.
LCC-Carnegie Library Facade
In 2017, we were tasked with updating the southern façade of the library, as well as installing a new clock. New trim was put into place along with cleaning the exterior, and surrounding renovations to the building that would bring it back to life. The clock is backlit, so it you’re in town after dark, check it out!
