The City of Lansing contacted us to build a new park/ athletic complex. We put brought in and installed new bleachers, a press-box, fencing, parking lot, and a scoreboard. We also put in a new hydro-seeded field. The field has football and soccer capabilities currently. We are excited to bring this to the community!

In 2017, we were tasked with updating the southern façade of the library, as well as installing a new clock. New trim was put into place along with cleaning the exterior, and surrounding renovations to the building that would bring it back to life.
