Complete renovation of both the middle and high school cafe buildings located at Waverly Schools. New doors, frames and hardware were installed, glazing, acoustical ceiling, resilient tile flooring, sound absorbing wall panels were added to the middle school, and PLAM countertops. The City of Lansing contacted us to build a new park/ athletic complex. We put brought in and installed new bleachers, a press-box, fencing, parking lot, and a scoreboard. We also put in a new hydro-seeded field. The field has football and soccer capabilities currently. We are excited to bring this to the community!
Kiwanis Park is one of the many parks located in Delhi Township. This project consisted of the new construction of a restroom facility at Kiwanis Park, as well as a new concrete path, which leads from the restrooms to the various sports fields located at the park. We love bringing new things to the community we work in!
The ceiling of the pool needed updating and required us to think differently on how to approach this project.
