This project consisted of constructing a warehouse for the Department of Natural Resources. Inside the main warehouse space are fenced bays to store equipment or other items. There are also office areas, as well as a large multipurpose room and a small kitchen.
This former Kroger was transformed into a trampoline park in 2018! DEFY Detroit was our third trampoline park project and allowed for some customization. Delta Sigma Phi - Alpha Pi chapter is a fraternity located at Michigan State University. This project consisted of a smaller renovation to the first floor of the building. New flooring, drywall, paint was added, as well as renovating the bathrooms, and adding more rooms for students.

Complete renovation of both the middle and high school cafe buildings located at Waverly Schools. The City of Lansing contacted us to build a new park/ athletic complex. We put brought in and installed new bleachers, a press-box, fencing, parking lot, and a scoreboard. We also put in a new hydro-seeded field. The field has football and soccer capabilities currently. We are excited to bring this to the community!
